I'm running Outlook 2003 on Vista, without OE, because OE won't run on Vista. Outlook can't access newsgroups, so you used to have to use OE for that. A clarification (for others, since my guess is that you realize this), but you can *not* use Outlook Express for newsgroups on Windows Vista.
